My Tip: Drink water in its most structured form to take your health to the next level. Water is essential for our well-being. As Sebastian Kneipp once said: "Water is the best remedy." Although our bodies are mostly made of water, many of us are often chronically dehydrated. Hydrogen is crucial in transporting water into cells and has antioxidant effects. The more hydrogen in our bodies, the better it can combat free radicals. Improving overall health and reducing stress factors can promote well-being. As the smallest element in the universe, hydrogen penetrates deep into the cells and opens the doors, allowing nutrients and supplements to be absorbed more effectively.
Molecular hydrogen can help support overall well-being, as many issues often manifest at the cellular level. Additionally, frequencies can be used to influence energetic processes in the body. Specific frequencies generate energy and vitality (Yang energy), while others help reduce oxidative stress (Yin energy).
